Our journey started with a small family-owned restaurant in 1975. In 2011 it grew into a hotel and restaurant, tailor-made to satisfy your needs, inviting you into our warm family home.
50 years together
We immensely appreciate and cherish the tradition of our meal preparation employed for almost 50 years, giving it a twist of the Mediterranean gastro spirit present in our daily offer. Along with our high-quality food and a wide variety of fish dishes, we also own an aquarium for lobsters and mussels, which allows us to maintain the highest standard of freshness of the delicacies we serve to you every day.
Love toward food
Every dish is prepared with love! On your plates you will find seasonal fruits and vegetables from local producers as well as various condiments from our family garden. In our restaurant you can enjoy some of our specialties such as langoustines, mussels or lobsters in busara sauce, grilled fresh fish, octopus salad, spider crab salad and a myriad of other fish dishes, but also meat delicacies that you can find on our menu.
Homemade fresh pasta
Our homemade fresh pasta „Istrijanka“, prepared according to a family recipe passed along through the generations, is available in the hotel’s gift shop. You can now recreate and enjoy the tasteful dishes you had during your vacation in the comfort of your own home.
